Sandra Andrade - CEO
Sandra Andrade is a distinguished Portuguese CEO and manager with over 30 years of experience in leading companies. She is also a business professor and a Certified Collection Real Estate Agent. Sandra's academic background includes a degree in Business and a Post-Graduation in Occupational Health and Safety. In addition to her business acumen, Sandra is an Integrative Nutritionist and Health Coach. She is an international public speaker, fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, Brazilian, English, and French. In 2023, she published her first book, "Body Love Mindset," on Amazon, promoting a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Dr. Ricardo J. Whyte, M.D.
Dr. Ricardo J. Whyte is an experienced medical director with a demonstrated history of almost 20 years in the healthcare industry. He is skilled in healthcare consulting, case management, prevention, addiction medicine, and healthcare information technology (HIT). Additionally, Dr, Whyte is the proud Founder of the Master Mind Institute that has developed the Thrive Membership that supports its members in establishing life balance and resilience fortification.
Since 2017, Dr. Whyte has served as the Section Chief of Psychiatry at the Community Hospital of San Bernardino a Dignity Health Hospital. Prior to his current leadership role, he was the Medical Director of the Chemical Dependency Unit at the Behavioral Medicine Center of Loma Linda University Health and the Medical Director of Outpatient Psychiatry at the Behavioral Health Institute of Loma Linda University Health. Also, he was formerly on faculty at Loma Linda University as an Assistant Professor in its Department of Psychiatry.
Dr. Whyte is a graduate of Atlantic Union College with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Cum Laude. He then earned his Medical Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Dr. Whyte completed his Psychiatry Residency at Loma Linda University School of Medicine. Dr. Whyte went on to complete an Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and achieved Double Board Certification in Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry as well as Addiction Psychiatry.
Dr. Hayley Nelson
Dr. Hayley Nelson is a neuroscientist, tenured psychology professor, international speaker and founder of The Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience where she is passionate about making neuroscience approachable. She earned her PhD in Psychological and Brain Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University and has over 20 years of teaching experience with students from diverse backgrounds. She also has several peer-reviewed research publications and previous research and faculty appointments with The National Institutes of Health, The Johns Hopkins University, and The University of Pennsylvania. By creating Certification Programs with the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience, Dr. Hayley combined her knowledge of the human mind and brain health with her passion for education, teaching, and consulting to truly make neuroscience accessible and approachable. She loves working with life coaches, wellness professionals, therapists and counselors who are ready to stand apart and show up as true leaders in their field. With a Certification in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience, her students learn easy-to-swallow knowledge of how the brain works in real-life situations and gain the confidence to speak with authority about HOW & WHY what they teach their clients actually works. Dr. Margie Crowe
Dr. Margie Crowe is a retired United States Air Force lieutenant colonel, leadership & DEI consultant, published writer, higher education director and professor with broad experience in government and civilian programs, strategic planning, as well as published works focused on leadership practices affecting policies and programs in social justice, anti-racism, and DEI. She has consulted for the military, law enforcement, and private sector, as well as presented at academic and professional conferences on topics related to leadership, DEI, and digital equity and literacy.
Margie holds a BA in political science, MS in international relations/national security, MA in special education, a postgraduate degree and a doctorate degree in educational leadership, and a training certificate in racial equity literacy facilitation.
Dr. Norman Fried
After receiving his PhD in Clinical and Pediatric Psychology from Emory University, Dr. Norman Fried served as the Chief Psychologist for the Children’s Cancer Centers and the Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at Northwell Health and Winthrop University Hospitals for 20 years. His academic appointments include Assistant Professor in Pediatrics and Psychiatry at New York University Medical School, Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pastoral Counseling at the Jewish Theological Seminary/Columbia University; and was a Fellow in Clinical and Pediatric Psychology at Harvard Medical School. Now in full time private practice as a grief and trauma specialist, Norman lectures on the Practice of Psychotherapy with Critically and Terminally Ill Children and their Families at conferences across the U.S. and Europe.
